If you’ve selected our All-Inclusive package, your Vendor “Dream Team” is all set and ready for you.  At your initial meeting with your dedicated Planner you will:

  • Share your Pinterest board, colors, & ideas and together you’ll delve into the trending floral and décor choices available to you
  • Get connected with our music and photography ‘creatives’ to help craft this wedding to be an experience you and your guests will always remember
  • Delve into the variety of mouth-watering menu choices, and get the party started by connecting with your Peak Bar designer
  • Rest assured knowing that you are in great hands.  Within your first meeting you’ll have the big choices taken care of.  You can add upgrades and fine-tune details as the wedding day gets closer.  In the meantime, relax and enjoy your engagement!

A La Carte

If you’ve selected our Venue Only package, creating your Vendor “Dream Team” is as simple as 1-2-3

1)    Reach out to our Exclusive Vendors for Catering, Bar Service, and Rentals.  The caterers offer great service and fresh customizable menus to work with your budget. Peak Beverage is your one-stop-shop who will even assign a mixologist to recommend wines and signature cocktails to compliment your menu. Event Rents offers everything from farm tables to tents, benches to barrels… you name it! These are the “must-use” vendors.
2)    We will provide our lists of Preferred Vendors for *Professional Planners, Music, Florals, and other fun stuff.  These Vendors were sourced organically by our couples, blew us away with their awesomeness, and love our Venue.

3)    Get together with your “Dream Team” on-site, one month before the wedding.  Here we will review all the details, time-line, floorplan, and décor.

Other stuff is as simple as A-B-C:

A)    *We want the day to run smoothly, so we provide an on-site Venue Manager for the duration of your event, to take care of Venue-related needs.  Your hired Planner/Coordinator will take care of your wedding-related needs, and must be a professional with experience and provide proof of insurance.

B)    We want you to be protected for the unexpected, so we require that you purchase a $1-million Event Liability Insurance policy through or (average cost $115-175)

C)    We believe in transparency, so we never add charges for taxes or undisclosed fees.
