11 Hours of Venue Buyout Access at DCVR, with stunning mountain & valley views. Enjoy both the Barn Venue and Homestead Venue, each with spacious “get ready” rooms, gorgeous outdoor ceremony sites, outdoor fireplace patio with market lights & lawn games for cocktail hour, and indoor reception for dining & dancing. Also includes 30-day walk-through and on-site rehearsal. Optional upgrade available for on-site overnight accommodations for up to 20 people.
Catering
So many enticing options to savor! Choose a classic BBQ buffet, or creative stations like “You-Top-It Gourmet Mac & Cheese” and “Build-Your-Own Authentic Street Tacos”, or a traditional Italian Feast, or customize your own menu… these are just SOME of the mouth-watering choices! All menus include savory appetizers for cocktail hour, fresh dinner favorites for reception, and full-service staff to take great care of you and your guests.
Florals & Décor
Everything you need: Bridal bouquet and Groom’s boutonniere (or 2 bouquets or 2 boutonnieres), bridesmaids bouquets, groomsmen boutonnieres, and gorgeous greenery garland for ceremony arch. Get creative with the Unlimited Decor options including centerpieces, bud vases, and candles. All arrangements will contain in-season flowers and greenery to match your color palette and style.
Bar Service
Get the party started with a 5 Hour Full House Bar including Vodka, Rum, Gin, Tequila, Bourbon and all the fixin’s. Also includes the Beer & Wine Package with your choice of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet, Merlot, and Domestic beers, Premium beers, non-alcoholic beverages, and of course a complimentary Champagne toast!
Photo Booth
Your family and friends will have a blast with a signature photo booth. Your dedicated booth operator will enhance the fun with loads of creative props. The photo-strips can be customized with your logo, so your guests will always remember the occasion.
Music
Professional DJ for 6.5 hours with two sound systems to flow seamlessly from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. Up-lights are included, and colors can be customized to highlight your style.
Event Insurance
An Event Liability Certificate is included from a professional insurance company with $1 million liability protection, including liquor liability, to protect you and your loved ones.
Rentals
Includes flatware, china, and water goblet, as well as napkins, table linens, cabaret linens, and sashes in color of your choice.
Planning
A professional planner will work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly and effortlessly right from the beginning. Start with a meeting to discuss your plans and vision. They will assist with vendor and option selections, email support as needed, suggest other recommendations and discounts. Will arrange and attend the walk-through, assist with ceremony and reception decor and set-up, manage the timeline throughout the entire event, and take care of the details so you won’t have to!
Details
The All-Inclusive package price may be split into payments. In-house financing is available. A $1,000 Booking Fee will be added to the initial payment, which is refundable within 30 days of the completed event. Finalize options, upgrades, and gratuities with your planner directly.
