We have compiled the following Exclusive list of Caterers, Services, Planners, and DJs required to choose from for your Venue Package. These vendors have worked with DCVR for multiple years, and they are committed to helping our DCVR couples have the most stress-free and seamless event possible.
CATERERS
Food & Beverage
These Exclusive Caterers are committed excellence, using only the freshest ingredients and creative menus. Your Catering Staff will not only prepare and serve your food, but they will also set up and take down the chairs for your ceremony, set up your reception chairs and tables, and clean the entire venue at the end of the night, a task many venues leave to the couple and their friends after a long day of celebrating.
MUSIC DJ'S
Entertainment
If you already have a professional DJ you are working with, we are happy to talk with them to ensure they meet our requirements, and have a full understanding of the equipment needs for this venue. We do not approve DJ’s who only use one sound system, as we have found this can create gaps of up to 30 minutes in your schedule (imagine cutting cake and waiting 30 minutes for first dance!).
Planners & Rentals
If you already have a professional Planner you are working with, we are happy to talk with them to ensure they meet our requirements, including having business insurance.
