What about On-Site Accommodations?

Coming in Spring of 2020…

We are thrilled to now offer on-site accommodations at the Homestead House for up to 20 guests!

  • Four queen-size built-in bunk beds will be in the #BestDayEver rooms. Each with privacy curtains, lighting, and even a place for each to plug in cell-phones.
  • The newly renovated “Master Suite” is a 750 sqft Honeymoon Suite for the new couple to enjoy privacy, beautiful views, and their own entrance by the Wishing Well.
  • Fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, if you want to cook.  A great-room with electric fireplace, large-screen TV, games, and poker table for after-hours fun, if you just want to play.

To secure a date, choose what’s best for your budget:

  • Pay in full at time of booking, via Credit Card, Check or Debit
  • Pay half at time of booking, and the balance 90 days prior to Event Date
  • Pay via our new In-House Financing option (same-day approval, contact us for details)
  • Remember that a $1,000 Security Deposit is added to the initial payment (fully refundable within 30 days of the event)

Planning the Party is Easier than you Think

Don’t worry!  We’ve got you!  Stress-free and simple!

Here at Deer Creek Valley Ranch, selecting your vendor “Dream Team” is as easy as 1-2-3

1)    Reach out to our Exclusive Vendors for Catering, Bar Service, and Rentals.  Each company on this list has worked at our Venue for years, and is fully familiar with how to maximize the experience – seamlessly – for you and your guests.  These are the “must-use” vendors. 

2)    Request our lists of Preferred Vendors for *Professional Planners/ Day-of-Coordinators, Music, Florals, and other fun stuff.  These vendors are only recommended by us because they were sourced organically by our couples, blew us away with their awesomeness, and love our Venue.  These are the “choose-if-use” vendors.  Or find some outside of our Preferred lists. 

3)    Get together with your “Dream Team” here, on-site, one month before the wedding.  Here we will review all the details, time-line, floorplan, and décor. Enjoy a meeting of the minds at your One Month Walk-Through, so you can have peace of mind that you are in good hands.

Other stuff is as simple as A-B-C:

A)    *We want the day to run smoothly, so we provide an on-site Venue Manager for the duration of your event, to take care of Venue-related needs.  Your Planner/Coordinator will take care of your wedding-related needs, and must be a professional with experience and proof of insurance. 

B)    We want you to be protected for the unexpected, so we require a certificate of insurance through (average cost $175)

C)    We believe in transparency, so we never charge for taxes or undisclosed fees.  Any extra’s are only ancillary add-ons that you ask us for.
